What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Security Staff position at RSC?
We are seeking dedicated Event Staff Security for upcoming events. The ideal candidate will have a background in security & nightlife/event venues.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers.
- Speak with guests as needed if violations of code of conduct noted. Escort persons off the property when necessary
- Respond to calls and investigate disturbances
- Patrol premises
- Work alongside local law enforcement
- Report any suspicious activities or persons
- Check IDs
- Maintain in/out counts
- Access Control
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass background check. No Felonies Accepted
- Experience in conflict management & Security
- Ability to handle situations in a professional manner & Excellent Customer Service Skills
