RSC2 is currently looking for a Product Lead & Integrator to join our growing team in APG, MD!
Requirements:Responsibilities:
- Perform continuous management and review of cost/schedule/performance/supportability of the mHAB products as they transition through the acquisition life cycle from research, development, production, fielding and sustainment.
- Responsible for drafting various acquisition and program documentation for government review, including PWS, J&A, IMS, PMR briefings, and CDRLs.
- Provides systems engineering expertise to the mHAB products and supports acquisition-related milestones, events, and requirements.
- Reports directly to the government APM, Deputy PdM, and O5 Product Manager for guidance and approval of chosen priorities and direction.
- Applies a broad knowledge of project and financial management, systems engineering planning and operations and system sustainment to accomplish the management and administration of mHAB.
- Develop drafts for contract support strategies, SOWs, PWSs, IGCEs, ACQ Strategies and review RFPs for recommendations to the Government.
- Analyze and evaluate project development, progress, and performance while monitoring and tracking program risks in order to report risk status to the Product Manager.
- Attend IPT meetings, various acquisition Reviews, Monthly and Bi-Weekly Program Manager Reviews and weekly status updates
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or related Business/Administrative discipline.
- 15 years of Government program management experience with at least 5 years of experience working on AISR systems.
- Required to have experience with integrating Mission Equipment Packages/Payloads onto Army Aviation assets.
- At least 10 years of Army Acquisition regulatory guidance experience. This includes AR 70-1, DoD 5000 series, the Financial Management Regulations (FMR), and the Army’s Systems Engineering processes.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) certifications preferred.
- Secret clearance required. DoD Top Secret Clearance, SCI eligible, is preferred.
- Knowledge of material acquisition, planning, programming and management process in creating long and short range planning in accordance with agency program policies and objectives is required.
