RSC2 is currently looking for a Program Manager to join our growing team in a remote leadership role supporting Department of Defense (DoD) research and development efforts!
Responsibilities:
- Serve as RSC2’s primary point of contact for the Government on all contract matters, with full authority to act on behalf of the company.
- Provide total management and coordination of the contract, ensuring all contractual obligations are met within scope, cost, and schedule.
- Establish clear organizational structures and resource alignment to support seamless execution and accountability across the Task Order (TO).
- Maintain continuity between support operations and RSC2’s corporate offices.
- Manage the contract’s ceiling cost, oversee labor hours and timekeeping accuracy, and ensure compliance with contract terms and deliverables.
- Assign work efforts and oversee training, compliance, and readiness of all RSC2 personnel under the TO.
- Ensure that all training requirements are kept current for all contract staff (e.g., AT Level I, OPSEC, IA Awareness).
- Make necessary travel arrangements and infrastructure support for employees, including offsite and remote workers.
- Provide timely administrative support to employees for timekeeping, leave, payroll, and urgent needs.
- Coordinate regularly with the Government Task Order COR to refine requirements, products, and timelines.
- Submit status, progress, and management reports as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (four additional years of experience may be substituted for education).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing Department of Defense research and development contracts.
- Active Secret clearance required; Top Secret preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams in complex, mission-critical environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client engagement skills.
- Experience coordinating with Government stakeholders, managing cost ceilings, and ensuring contract compliance.
- Ability to work independently with full autonomy, as well as collaboratively across dispersed teams.
