RSC2 is looking for two Service Desk Technicians to join our growing team to support our Corporate IT Team!

Requirements

Responsibilities / Requirements :

  • The Service Desk Technician provides frontline IT support for RSC2's Office 365-based infrastructure and remote workforce. Supporting a global team of approximately 175 employees, with 30 provisioned company-provided equipment, this role ensures seamless end-user experiences by managing help desk tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining knowledge management resources, and delivering user training. The technician will diagnose and resolve Office 365, VPN, and general IT support requests, escalate complex issues when necessary, and contribute to documentation that enhances self-service support.
  • This role requires strong communication skills, technical proficiency in cloud-based IT environments, remote device management, end-user training, and the ability to work proactively in a distributed workforce model. We are looking for someone with 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • The Service Desk Technician will provide 10 hours of weekly support, responding to routine and surge IT needs while maintaining service excellence. The position also includes ad hoc project work to improve IT operations, enhance cybersecurity awareness, and optimize RSC2's remote work technology experience.
