We are looking for a Theater Senior Logistician to join our growing team!

- Serve as the senior logistics expert for the PD Aerostats program in a designated theater of operation, providing expert guidance and oversight on logistics operations, including procurement, transportation, and supply chain management.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive logistics plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure that logistics operations are conducted efficiently and effectively in support of program objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, testing, and operations, to ensure that logistics requirements are met and that logistics operations are aligned with program objectives.
- Conduct logistics analyses and studies to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for optimizing logistics operations in the theater.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers, to ensure that logistics operations are conducted smoothly and efficiently in the theater.
- Provide expert guidance and support to logistics team members, including training and mentoring on logistics best practices and procedures, to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Stay current with changes to logistics regulations, policies, and procedures, including updates to Army and DoD policies and procedures, to ensure that logistics operations are compliant and aligned with current requirements.
- Develop and maintain logistics documentation, including logistics plans, reports, and metrics, to support logistics management and oversight in the theater.
- Identify and mitigate logistics risks, including developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies and plans to ensure that logistics operations are conducted safely and efficiently in the theater.
- Develop and deliver briefings, reports, and other presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders on logistics operations in the theater, including providing expert testimony and advice on logistics matters.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics matters in the theater, including coordinating with other logistics teams and stakeholders to ensure that logistics operations are conducted in a cohesive and effective manner.
