What are the responsibilities and job description for the RSD Direct Care Specialist - Overnight shifts position at RSD Inc?
General Summary of duties includes but are not limited to:
With support of management, this position will involve a variety of tasks focused on assisting individuals with disabilities in their home and/or at the day program to achieve their maximum potential and self sufficiency, in accordance with principles of self-determination. Our team members are responsible for:
- the provision of personal care which may include feeding, toileting, and showering both males and females
- consistently and positively interact with the people we serve
- assist with medications
- assist with household tasks such as cooking and cleaning
- other duties as assigned including doing something FUN!
Available Shifts/Schedules:
Our facilities are open 24/7/365. We have positions open that are part time, full time, evenings, weekends, small morning shifts, and opportunities to sub or fill in around your schedule. First job, second job, fill in job, we have a job for you! Now offering a $1 shift differential for overnight positions.
