About the Role

Role Purpose

Following a period of change and the development and creation of the CXO organization and Marketing function the role has been created to become a collaborative and energized part of our Customer Experience community.

Our Digital and Commercial Insight community need to drive customer demand and lead the coordination of our brand and customer plans across Digital Product, Experimentation, UX Design and Research.

Our goal is to deliver sustainable and profitable growth which is efficient in its delivery to drive down costs.

The purpose of this role is to lead web analysis and insights that facilitate commercial, customer experience and channel effectiveness insights across all commercial channels (with a focus on digital) to identify new commercial opportunities, inform decisions and optimize investments.

Support the digital teams and Web Optimization Manager in preparing relevant insights, conversion rate optimization, journey analysis and producing measurement for experimentation.

Responsibilities

  • The Insight Analyst will take the lead on key activities and initiatives;

Leads the following :

  • Champion a culture of data driven decision making.
  • Interpret data from web analytics and business data, analy
  • ze results and provide ongoing reports.
  • Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize data quality.
  • Work with our business insights team to maintain integrity of our web analytics systems.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Work closely with the digital experience team to prioritize web data information needs.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities within our web data collection and visualization practices.
  • Be proactive in finding and identifying data integrity issues in the company's web analytics systems.
  • Use business data and web analytics to uncover potential causes behind changes in key metrics (add to cart / conversion rate / etc.)
  • Analyzing web experiments (ab / multivariant testing)
  • Reporting Structure / Budget

  • The role will report to the Web Optimization Manager for the Americas.

  • The Insight Analyst will be part of an embedded global community of digital and CX professionals.
  • The individual will have to be hyper collaborative and represent the full landscape of customer experience and local market voices sensitively to create engagement and successful program outcomes while working with multiple groups and stakeholders

  • Candidate Requirements

    Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven working experience as a web data analyst.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to learning new systems, gathering data and managing data integrity.
  • Strong experience working in web analytics systems (GA4 and Adobe Analytics).
  • Strong experience with behavioral analytics (ei heatmaps, Content Square, HotJar).
  • An understanding of best practices in quantitative and qualitative data gathering.
  • Experience with AB / multivariate testing / experimentation.
  • Experience creating and analyzing web experiments.
  • An ability to define a purchase funnel and identify bottlenecks in the users' journey within that funnel.
  • An understanding of basic statistics and statistical data modeling as it relates to experimentation.
  • Experience managing and implementing event tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM) and / or Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager (DTM)
  • A practical understanding of data models, data mining and segmentation techniques.
  • An understanding of data visualization software (Power BI etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks).
  • A strong understanding of how web analytics data collection occurs.
  • Strong database and excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
  • An understanding of how user behavior is tracked in web analytics systems (ie, event tracking / conversion tracking / heatmaps etc.)
