RSI is currently recruiting a Program Coordinator for our client. This position provides membership coordinator support to our client to help grow our solar and storage business association and promote the development of solar energy and complementary technologies, including storage, positioning the Tennessee Valley’s residents and businesses as leaders in clean energy deployment and economic development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support membership committees with scheduling, agendas and taking notes.
- Coordinating membership outreach including website, newsletter, and social media
- Support our Board Treasurer with Invoicing and general bookkeeping.
- Support the Executive Director with organizational reporting.
- Maintaining records, tracking membership figures and databases
- Support our event planning and coordination including our annual conference.
- Developing and implementing strategies to recruit new members.
- Preparing membership marketing materials.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks helpful
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others.
- Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality.
- Presents a positive and professional image for the organization.
