RSL Medical Marketing is seeking a Laboratory Sales Support/Representative to join our team to further our goal of marketing the services of toxicology laboratories to businesses in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, private practices, and clinics. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the healthcare industry. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a strong understanding of toxicology services and a proven track record in sales. This is a 1099 employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our toxicology services to potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the toxicology or medical laboratory sales industry.
- Strong understanding of toxicology testing services and their applications in healthcare.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
