Summary
As an Operations Administrator at RSLVE Outfitters, you will play a vital role in optimizing our operational processes and supporting data-driven decision-making. This position is essential for ensuring the efficiency of our operations and contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding products to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Administer new account set up
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
- Provide Customer service (phone & email).
- Prepare and maintain client account information
- Enter orders accurately
- Provide general accounting support
Qualifications
- The ability to speak English and Spanish fluently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate, both written and verbal, with people at all levels of an organization.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Active listening skills.
- Strong sense of urgency, accuracy and commitment.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Suite
- The ability to prioritize work and to switch tasks quickly and effectively.
- Accounting background is a plus.
