Overview :
RSM ATL is an all-inclusive service provider for restaurants and their facility needs. The company is looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Parts and Equipment Research Specialist to collaborate with Service Technicians, internal and external customers, and Suppliers. He will be responsible for researching, sourcing, and managing parts and equipment related to restaurant operations. Your role will involve working closely with vendors, analyzing product specifications, and ensuring the availability of high-quality components for timely repairs, maintenance, and replacements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide timely and accurate customer service and support for parts and equipment inquiries to assist customers and service technicians find needed parts / materials.
- Investigate and identify parts and equipment needed for various restaurant equipment and facilities. Utilize catalogs, manuals, and digital resources to find accurate and compatible components.
- Purchase parts or equipment as per the specified requirement by the Service Technicians and customers.
- Provide cost estimates for specific parts and equipment type.
- Perform parts and equipment research duties through web-based.
- Ensure proper documentation of equipment parts, operations, service, maintenance, and installations through research of relevant manuals.
- Record all parts and equipment transactions, including part number, model number, serial number, and quantity ordered.
- Maintain records of parts and equipment returned under warranty and keep Zoho One Systems up to date.
- Establish effective systems for ordering, receiving, delivering, and tracking materials to and from the shop.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Requirements
Experience working in the Restaurant Repair or Commercial Food Equipment Maintenance and Repairs. Mechanical knowledge or experience with commercial food and or HVAC equipment, proficiency in Microsoft Programs, excellent oral and verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize tasks, Zoho One System, Commercial Food Equipment or Parts, excellent organization skills, detail-oriented.
