Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our client's upscale sports bar located in the Alpharetta / John's Creek area. The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 5 years of bartending experience, a strong expertise in mixology, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service. This role requires a personable, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, lively environment. Fluency in English is required.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- Take customer orders and offer suggestions on menu items, including specialty cocktails.
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, enhancing their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tools, equipment, and glassware.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor bar inventory and communicate shortages or restock needs.
- Manage transactions and handle cash / credit payments.
- Ensure the bar complies with local, state, and federal laws regarding alcohol service.
