Position Overview :
We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Service Crew member to join our client's upscale sports bar in the Alpharetta / John's Creek area. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service. He or she will assist in providing a top-tier customer experience in the bar by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring the cleanliness of the dining and serving areas. Fluency in English is required.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Greet customers, take food and beverage orders, and deliver orders to the table in a timely manner.
- Provide information on menu items and make recommendations when needed.
- Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and set up appropriately before and after customers arrive.
- Assist in food and drink preparation when required, particularly during peak hours.
- Provide attentive and friendly customer service, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Handle customer payments and ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including the bar and dining areas.
