Summary:
This position offers independent contribution and support to the Human Resource Department responsible for administrative functions serving as as the first point of contact for HR companywide and represents HR at a local level within assigned office. This position requires extensive organizational skills, attention to detail, basic to intermediate computer skills, and a cooperative approach with in/external personnel.
Job Responsibilities:
- May track and verify all new hire documentation, ensuring compliance with departmental procedures and organizational standards.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related customer service inquiries, providing assistance and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Serve as the HR representative for the assigned local office,acting as a liaison between employees and the HR department.
- Ensure that electronic personnel files are consistently maintained in compliance with federal, state, and company standard regulations.
- May participate in payroll process
- Participates in benefit open enrollments
- Confirms changes and ensures updates in HRIS
- May initiate, track and maintain LOAs
- Joins employee relations meetings as necessary
- Monitor and manage HR Inbox.

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or College Degree with three years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably HR or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have impeccable organizational skills, proficiency in MS office skills and be a self-starter with the willingness to learn and grow.
