Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
Proficiencies:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role; janitorial a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Education/Experience:
College degree with minimum three years experience in in Facilities Management in a retail and/or restaurant environment, or high school degree with 6 years experience in a similar environment, or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to qualify. To perform this job successfully, an individual should excel in communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. and display proficiency in MS office.
