Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients to prospect and develop sales leads
- Develop value proposition based on client needs and company services
- Overcome objections and facilitate negotiations to close new client sales
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Follow company sales process and provide document updates in CRM
- Other duties as required or assigned.
Proficiencies:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Supervisory Requirements:
This position is not a supervisory role.
Education/Experience:
College degree with minimum three years experience in in Facilities Management in a retail and/or restaurant environment, or high school degree with 6 years experience in a similar environment, or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to qualify. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic skills in a work management system, proficiency in MS office skills and effective communication and persuasion skills.
