Position Responsibilities:
Client Interaction and Communication:
- Liaise with the account service team to understand project needs and provide support.
- Act as a bridge between clients and the agency, maintaining regular communication and ensuring effective information flow.
Project Management:
- Oversee project management tasks for multiple clients and Marketing Strategists.
- Assist in client onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Coordinate and assist in negotiating campaign details, updating reports, and maintaining marketing communication plans.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of digital marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and provide support in project planning and execution.
Administrative Support:
- Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts, including document preparation, scheduling, and communication.
- Maintain organized project files, documentation, and client records
- Collaborate with Marketing Strategists on administrative tasks related to client needs.
- Work with the Account Service team on elements of advertising campaigns, briefing creative and research staff.
Client Communication:
- Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
- Assist in the preparation of client reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
Collaboration with Marketing Strategists and HIVE Team:
- Work closely with assigned Marketing Strategists to implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Assist in conducting market research and analysis to support strategic planning.
- Arrange and attend meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Write client reports and contribute to status reports.
- Work closely with the client HIVE team to achieve operational efficiency and client service goals.
- Assist in presenting creative work to the account service team for approval or modifications.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing performance data for digital marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to the preparation of performance reports and make recommendations for optimization.
- Support the implementation of digital marketing tactics, including but not limited to, social media posting, email campaigns, and content creation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Google Suite products.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and inbound lead generation.
- Strong organizational, project management, time management, and analytical skills.
Reporting Structure:
This role reports directly to the Director of Client Strategy at RSM Marketing.
