Job Opportunity: Front Office Administrator (Part-Time, Potential for Full Time)

Join our dedicated team as a Front Office Administrator while our Office Manager/Patient Coordinator is on maternity leave. This part-time role offers the potential to transition into a more permanent position upon her return.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
  • Maintain confidential patient records with attention to accuracy and privacy
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes using our EMR system
  • Provide administrative support to the medical staff as needed
  • Respond to patient inquiries and provide detailed information about our services

What We’re Looking For:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a med spa or plastic surgery setting is a plus
  • Tech-savvy, with strong computer and EMR skills

Requirements:

  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • 1 year of computer skills experience
  • 1 year of medical receptionist experience (preferred)
