Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
- Maintain confidential patient records with attention to accuracy and privacy
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes using our EMR system
- Provide administrative support to the medical staff as needed
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide detailed information about our services
What We’re Looking For:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a med spa or plastic surgery setting is a plus
- Tech-savvy, with strong computer and EMR skills
