will be responsible for understanding and addressing complex business problems through advanced technology products and services. This role will provide detailed direction to delivery program teams during the design and build of future platforms to meet industry standards and business goals. The role will require a high level of business knowledge, technology design leadership, global acumen, and collaboration across RSM business units and technology platforms.ESSENTIAL DUTIES : Strategic digital planning, based on deep business and market understandingCreate an overall technology strategy to solve the business problemsCommunicate and document technical needs in business termsTranslate business needs to practical technical direction and guide a delivery teamStrong industry knowledge of latest technology around process orchestration, cloud infrastructure, application development and platform securityManage the solution design based on business goalsResponsible for product design, delivery and oversight of the development lifecycle of a digital products and platformsAbility to analyze the market for the best products and technologies available for the enterprise and advocate for the most effective use of technology assets to solve business problemsProvide guidance to technical teams, collaborate with key enterprise IT functionsCollaborate with firm Solution Architects, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security and other Enterprise IT Resources to ensure alignment with enterprise strategySupport innovative and transformative technology solutions through R&D and deliveryProvide leadership and direction for non-functional testing for produce delivery including performance and stress testing.Collaborate with the appropriate teams to implement best practices around security, service quality, scalability, privacy, risk mitigation, capacity planning, disaster recovery, data sovereignty, control and monitoringEstablish, coordinate, and maintain best practice around AI, Cloud and User Experience while utilizing emerging technology to design future platforms.Collaborate with enterprise level products and infrastructure, including global solutionsLeadership, presentation, and internal coachingCoach and mentor development team resourcesAbility to create and deliver content at an executive levelOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS : EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONSBachelor's degreeor equivalent experience requiredMaster's degree in computer science, information systems or other related fields preferredProcess Orchestration experience with CamundaCamunda Certified Professional - Developer certification preferredMSFT Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect preferredAssurance Industry KnowledgeTECHNICAL / SOFT SKILLSStrong experience with delivering technologies across business units and platforms enablementComfortable utilizing proof of concepts and iterative delivery while following the organization processes, and policiesIndustry knowledge and experience with professional services and business process orchestrationExperience with Microsoft technologies including Azure and .NETProven Customer Centric and Design Thinking experience while designing technical solutionsAbility to lead cross-functional discussions with technical team members including solution and enterprise architectsProven experience with Scaled Agile and Dev - Sec - Ops deliveryEXPERIENCE6 years of delivering business solutions via the delivery of software platforms as a technical leader10 years of technical and / or architectural leadership in the following areas :

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.|
