THE POSITION
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for several key functions to support RSN Technologies’ customers and their residence. Additionally, this position is responsible for recurring operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle operational communication with our customers.
· Assist in the purchase of computers and equipment for the accounts managed
· Assist with project management
· Provide support to the onsite team with any issues that may arise
· Focus on integrations of new customers and walk them through the support provided by RSN
· Maintain effective communication with co-workers, management, and customers
· Effectively manage time to avoid backtracking and delay of tasks
· Work independently and productively while still keeping open communication with others
· Regular attendance and timeliness
· Perform other duties as assigned or otherwise identified
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· 5 years’ experience in Customer Service
· 2 years' experience in senior housing
· 1-2 years' experience with project management
· Ability to articulate and relate to people at all levels of an organization and possess excellent social and communication skill, both orally and in writing
· Capacity to work with peers in a team effort as well as individually
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
· Capability to efficiently work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to learn quickly, be proactive, and assume ownership for projects
· Ability to self-start and be versatile in a dynamic environment
· Conscientious, quick learner, adaptable, and strong team player
Compensation
· $45,000- $65,000 DOE
Typical Working Environment:
This is an onsite position. Work is performed indoors in a fast-paced office environment with a team of technical staff. Employee is subject to a temperature-regulated workplace, with moderate to high noise levels due to multiple dialogues and incoming calls at all times. There is constant interaction with customers, coworkers, and management – in person and over the phone.
