We are now offering a Sales Associate position developing sales, business leadership, and retail event planning skills. The main objective of the position is to form new business opportunities following proven processes to prospect business leads and close new accounts through the use of retail event campaigns. We are seeking professionals who would like to take their "winning mindsets" and apply them to lucrative sales / marketing and business careers within our company. Additionally, this individual will focus on helping the organization’s development.
Our Sales team is responsible for generating new customers for our clients by generating sales while attending retail events. Your job is critical to our success, therefore we compensate you accordingly! We offer industry-leading commission and performance bonus incentives for all of our Sales Associates.
Sales Associate Responsibilities Will Include :
- Achieve and exceed sales and marketing goals at assigned retail events
- Work cross-functionally with the marketing and sales team to drive sales at scheduled retail events and exceed KPIs
- Effective and efficient event management by building genuine relationships with clients and retail partners
- Retention of existing accounts
- Daily attendance at client or office meetings
- Travel to assigned retail events throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding area
