We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate at our headquarters in Bradenton, FL. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00 PM. The person chosen must be able to follow directions and have excellent customer service and sales skills as well as be punctual, reliable, and able to handle tight deadlines. This position is primarily administrative in nature. Position includes an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
Essential Job Functions:
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, chat, mail, and in-person.
Use computer and company software programs to accurately prepare and revise product proofs for clients in a timely manner.
Ability to quickly comprehend and maintain knowledge regarding our products, systems, and services.
Qualify new sales opportunities from inbound leads, outbound calls, chats, and emails
Deliver a consistent and clear message on the company’s products
Work together with, and provide support for, field sales
Ensure the smooth running of the sales process
Providing sales support including preparing samples, mailing letters and packages, and other related duties as assigned.
Ability to sit for long periods of time and lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects such as small packages, paper for copy machine, and other similar objects. Job is rated for Light Work.
Minimum Qualifications Required to Perform Essential Job Functions:
Excellent computer skills, especially typing and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Fluent in Spanish - reading, writing, and speaking - preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
1 year of Customer Service Experience
1 year of Sales Experience Preferred
