This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Business Development at RSR SENIOR RESIDENCES located in Miami, FL. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for leading the strategic growth initiatives, building and maintaining relationships with partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth for the organization.
- Business Development, Sales, and Marketing skills
- Experience in the senior housing industry
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience working with senior clients or in the healthcare industry is a plus
