Insurance Incorporated is seeking an experience Commercial Lines Client Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance service, with exceptional skills in carrier relations, marketing, and quality control. The Client Manger plays a key role in the day-to-day handling of commercial P&C accounts within a rapidly growing independent insurance agency.
Responsibilities:
- The Client Manager provides customer support by building relationships with clients and supporting renewal efforts by working with the Client Executives.
- Assist Client Executives in determining renewal strategy, has discussions with Underwriters, evaluates quotes and prepares proposals and other documentation to provide to the client
- Primary point of contact for client service
- Provide recommendations in coverage
- Support the client and client executive in managing risk associated with commercial lines coverage
- Exhibit superior insurance knowledge
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to clients/underwriters via phone and email in a timely manner
- Create renewal underwriting submission and proposals
- Enter and update policy information in agency management system to be used for certificates of insurance, billings and endorsements
- Effectively delegate internally and externally
Requirements:
- Active Property and Casualty license
- Experience with Applied Epic Preferred
- 3 years’ experience in commercial insurance
- Actively supports and incorporates company mission and core values into daily activities.
