WHAT WE OFFER:
- $28-$30/hour, or commensurate with experience.
- Quarterly performance Bonus after 90 days.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday/Days!
- Up to 2 wks vacation!

- Bi-weekly paychecks. Overtime after 40 hours.
- Clothing & boot allowance after 90 days.
- Tools and service truck supplied by RSS.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and diagnose malfunctions on all trailer systems.
- Troubleshoot, repair and replace defective components.
- Perform regular check-ups and preventative maintenance on trailers and parts, including: ABS, air brakes, frame, body, suspension and electrical systems.
- Coordinate with other staff, receive & execute work instruction in a timely & proper manner.
- Help maintain positive working relationships with current customers.
- Properly operate the mobile Service Truck.
- Follow all safety requirements while servicing trailers and while driving the Service Truck.
Requirements:
- Must have over 5 years of direct Trailer Mechanic experience
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to pass the DOT physical and drug screen.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Outdoor, mobile service mechanic.
Salary : $28 - $30
