As the Corporate Affairs Coordinator, you’ll take charge of managing the CCAO’s calendar, travel, and expenses, ensuring her engagements are seamless and professional. You’ll also support the department with tasks like onboarding new team members, coordinating teamwide meetings, and troubleshooting operational issues related to IT, expenses, or facilities.
Working closely with stakeholders nationwide—including the Americas Senior Leadership Team, global executives, and internal departments like Facilities and People & Culture—you’ll be at the center of a dynamic and impactful team, helping to drive operational excellence while maintaining the highest level of professionalism in everything you do.

You’ll play an important role in:
- scheduling, calendar management, and travel
- managing time registration and expenses
- manage professional correspondence on behalf of the CCAO
- providing team support for meetings, representation, and information gathering
- lead some data consolidation tasks, including use of the Office suite of products, with creation and editing of documents, some internet searches
- providing onsite administrative support in our Washington, D.C. office for events and meetings
- providing onsite administrative support for offsite events and meetings, when requested
- have an understanding of the government affairs world
- thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks with precision and organization
- have the ability to look and plan ahead
- maintain a calm disposition regardless of the situation
- are detail-oriented and thorough with completing your tasks
- have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact
