You’ll be part of the Project Controls team where you, together with your colleagues, will support the Northeast Program, a global team of over 500 people. The project controls team consists of project coordinators, planners, information managers and risk managers. The team is responsible for the overall discipline of our execution projects. As a team, we drive excellence across the execution projects, collaborating with colleagues across all departments and geographies.

You’ll play an important role in:
- owning the effective onboarding and offboarding processes for project personnel
- taking lead in updating our dynamic organizational charts
- coordinating planning of both virtual and in person events
- managing internal communications platforms such as the program Sharepoint site
- assisting in driving and delivering employee engagement and appreciation initiatives
- assisting ad-hoc coordination, planning and administrative tasks that arise across the program.
- are very organized and proactive in how you work
- have great project management skills, ideally developed through experience on a previous role
- enjoy a highly collaborative environment, where you interact with many different people daily
- have excellent communication skills, aren’t afraid to ask questions and bring your own ideas to any given challenge
- are eager to learn about offshore wind and are motivated by our mission to create a world that runs entirely on green energy.
