Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Dispatcher/Shop Foreman at Rt 4 Auto Group located in Paramus, NJ. The Service Dispatcher/Shop Foreman will be responsible for phone etiquette, dispatching, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.
