Northway Toyota, part of Albany Auto Group (Audi Albany and BMW of South Albany), is seeking a TITLE CLERK for our Latham dealership!
You will work with our Sales Consultants and F&I Managers to complete deals, take in stock, and handle stocking in trades. This is an integral position and must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Job Duties :
- Prepare tax and title documents
- Submit all legal transfer documents to the state DMV(s)
- Receive and process paperwork from the F&I department
- Match MSO to title paperwork to submit to DMV(s)
- Prepare and post checks in accounting system
- Receive plates from DMV and expedite to dealerships / customers
- Compile weekly title in transit report in Microsoft Excel
- Light accounting- balancing accounts
- Ability to grow within the position and organization
Requirements :
Hiring rate is $18 to $20 per hour.
