RT Rotisserie is seeking an Restaurant Manager for its NoPa location to enhance service, hospitality, and guest relations while supporting the expansion of the restaurant. As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day to day restaurant operations, including, but not limited to managing staff, inventory, and finances, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining operational standards. Key duties include financial management, food safety, guest service, security, and personnel management. The manager ensures compliance with safety and cleanliness standards, supervises food quality, resolves guest complaints, and leads staff development. The position demands strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role typically requires 45-50 hours per week and supervises 10 employees per shift. This role will work closely with the Operations Director to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
