The right person will have a sharp?growth marketing mindset, a strong?data analysis skillset, and an eye for?creative, compelling campaign execution. You’ll own our paid media and campaign distribution strategy, manage a?$500K marketing budget, and optimize everything from?brand awareness to pipeline contribution and revenue.
This role is for someone who loves?testing, learning, and iterating, while collaborating across teams to ensure alignment with marketing, sales, and product strategies.

Base salary for the role is between $115k-130k, based on experience. This is a full-time, hybrid role (WFH available on Tues/Thurs) unless you aren't in the greater Phoenix-area, then it would be a fully remote role with a 10% travel expectation for visits to HQ and travel for conferences.

What We’re Looking For?
Someone who:?
- Is a?master of finding?and?targeting?ideal customers both?online and offline—knowing where they spend time when working, where they conduct research, and where they spend their free time.
- Has proven experience leading ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing to drive revenue.
- Is?obsessed with getting brand awareness and affinity to a point where it is?undeniable?in our market.
- Has worked with fleet management or government sector buyers.
- Has?5 years?of experience in?B2B SaaS demand generation?(bonus points for experience in?government/public sector marketing).
- Has managed?a marketing budget of $500K ?and knows how to?optimize spending for max ROI.
- Loves?both creative and analytical work—you can build visually engaging ads but also analyze campaign performance and tell a data-driven story.
- Understands paid media strategy?and is fluent in channels like?Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Trade Publications Ads, etc.
- Has hands-on experience with HubSpot and other MAP systems—comfortable creating?reports, campaigns, workflows, and email sequences.
- Enjoys?experimenting, testing, and iterating—you don’t settle for “good enough” when there’s room to optimize.
- Is a?team player, accountable, and eager to?challenge and be challenged?in a high-growth environment.
- Loves to read, learn, grow, and stretch themselves. Extra points if you’ve read Create Once, Distribute Forever by Ross Simmonds, Obviously Awesome by April Dunford, and Influence by Robert Cialdini.
- A Demand Gen Architect?– Skilled at building multi-channel strategies that blend?paid, organic, ABM, and partner marketing?to maximize reach and engagement.
- A Data-Driven Growth Marketer?– Obsessed with tracking, measuring, and optimizing marketing efforts to increase impressions, conversion rates, and ROI.
- A Creative Strategist?– Combines storytelling with design expertise to create?visually compelling ads, landing pages, and campaigns?using?Adobe Suite.
- An ABM Champion?– Leads account-based marketing efforts, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing to drive high-value engagement.

Demand Generation & Campaign Strategy
- Lead?multi-channel demand generation strategy?across?paid, organic, and partner channels.
- Distribute content in multiple formats to meet ideal customers where they are—ensuring broad reach and engagement.
- Develop and execute?ABM campaigns?to engage target accounts.
- Optimize strategies to attract and nurture our ideal clients, and expand existing clients
- Ensure?integrated messaging and strategic alignment?across all marketing initiatives.
- Work with Product Marketing to develop and execute?joint marketing campaigns with strategic partners?to expand reach and influence, that ultimately build pipeline.
- Manage?co-branded marketing efforts, ensuring alignment on messaging and execution.
- Track and?report on partner campaign performance?to maximize effectiveness.
- Track and?analyze performance across both paid and organic channels, identifying opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Continuously?analyze and optimize website conversion funnels?to maximize lead generation.
- Implement?A/B testing strategies?for Hubspot landing pages, CTAs, and messaging.
- Manage?HubSpot dashboards?to measure?lead generation, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
- Own budget optimization.
- Have a?strong creative skillset?with the ability to?design visually compelling ads using Adobe Suite?(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools).
- Develop?ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional assets?that align with campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with?content and design teams?to ensure?consistent branding and engaging visuals?across all marketing channels.
