Job Title : Corporate Event Marketing Manager
Contract Duration : 9-month contract, possible extension
Location : Remote to PST or MST preferred
Pay Rate : $54.00 / hour to $57.25 / hour (Based on experience)
Responsibilities :
- Serve as project lead for the clients flagship event (B2B event) and GTM plan
- Oversee work of event workstream leads (e.g. content, event operations, sponsorships, email marketing, etc.) and lean into execution when needed
- Create and manage documentation of project progress (via written documents) with contributions from workstream leads
- Directly accountable to the Head of Global Events and Experiences
- Provide consulting and direction to workstream leads regarding event marketing best practices, production, sponsorships, expo, and content
- Create collateral and tools for events
- Collaborate with agencies and vendors on deliverables; directly oversee vendor deliverables
- Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance events and improve performance
- Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work
- After project lead returns, conduct handoff of work and perform execution of final event management requirements
