Job Description Job Description Russell Tobin's client, a world-renowned eyewear manufacturer, is hiring a Customer Service Specialist in Grants Pass, OR 97526.Title : Customer Service SpecialistLocation : Grants Pass, OR 97526 (Onsite, Pacific Time Zone)Duration : 02 months with the possibility of extension, Potential Temp to PermPay Rate : $14.00 / hr. - $16.00 / hr.Work Hours : 7 : 00am – 4 : 00pm PST, with training hours from 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm PSTAbout the Role : As a Customer Service Specialist , your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service while managing customer interactions, processing orders, and resolving concerns. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will ensure they have a positive and professional experience.
