Location : Remote / Seattle (Pacific Time Zone)
Pay Range : $70-80 / Hour Based on Experience
Brief Summary :
Our client, is looking for an experienced Digital Manager II to oversee daily business operations related to their prescription e-commerce platform. The role will focus on driving sales growth while managing an optical product catalog. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an entirely new business centered around the company’s glasses product.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily operations of the prescription e-commerce digital catalog, including order fulfillment, inventory management, listing accuracy, shipping, fraud disputes, and vendor services.
- Develop and maintain operational processes to ensure the efficient handling of product and order management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, product management, engineering) to ensure alignment and effective communication on business initiatives.
- Provide regular analysis of sales performance to stakeholders and leadership.
- Work with the data analytics team to track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Foster a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
