Title : Electrical Engineer
Location : Orlando FL
Pay rate : $25.00 - $30.00 / hour DOE
Duration : 12 Months (Possibility of extension)
Key Qualifications
- Manage Electrical Distribution projects from development stage through completion & Analyze Electrical Plans for new project developments (i.e. Commercial / Residential).
- Electric Service and Digital Meter Installation Manual Familiarity with all, but not limited to, the following : o Civil, AutoCAD, and Technical Drawings; o Riser Diagrams; o GIS Maps; o Invoices; o Estimate reports; o Equipment (i.e. iPhone, Measuring wheel, company radio, hammer, wood stakes, spray paint); o Software Application (i.e. PSERM, CC&B, AutoCAD, ePets, Arc-Reader, ARM360) Related industry, organizational and departmental policies, practices, and procedures; legal guidelines, ordinances, and laws.
- Able to calculate amperage on both sides of meter for wiring / xfmr sizing, voltage drop, and fault current.
- Understand and apply governmental accounting practices in maintenance of financial records. Ability to make arithmetic computations using whole numbers, fractions and decimals, and compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and standard office equipment (telephone, computer, copier, etc.)
