Russell Tobin and Associates is seeking a Finance Coordinator for one of our top transportation clients!
Location : Remote within US - EST preferred
Pay : $35-41 / hour
Schedule : 8am - 5 : 00pm, Monday - Friday
Contract Duration : February - December 2025
Overview :
We are looking for an administrative savvy Finance Coordinator to partner with our Tax Team on end-to-end finance operations. Working closely with the Tax team, the ideal candidate will be comfortable with performing a variety of finance related tasks and achieving efficient budget utilization by optimizing tracking and invoicing processes.
Responsibilities :
- Reviews purchase order requisitions for timely approvals, accurate classification, and in line with budget spend tracker.
- Ensures payments are executed in a timely fashion, expedited if required for project goals, or resolved if missing.
- Work with vendors to submit timely invoices.
- Prepare contracts and statements of work for our vendors, partnering closely with the policy & communications team to understand the delivery status / timeline of services.
- Achieve efficient budget utilization by optimizing PO tracking and invoicing processes
- Provide accurate and timely month-end support on internal forecasting and receivables processes.
