Our client, a leading aerospace / aviation manufacturer, seeks an FPGA / ASIC Design Specialist to join their team. This is a permanent / direct hire position based in the Indianapolis area with occasional travel to other sites within the state.
Responsibilities
- Design, verify, integrate, and test FPGA / ASIC solutions for engine control systems.
- Develop architectures, run simulations, synthesis, and create test benches.
- Prepare documentation for certification reviews.
- Utilize hardware description languages (VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog).
- Perform timing closure, debugging, and validation using lab equipment.
