Employment Type : Contract
Location : Onsite New York, NY 10016
Schedule : Monday-Friday 9 : 30am-6pm
Pay rate : $24-$26.99 / hr
Description :
The primary responsibilities for this role will be to help uphold workflows and processes for timely publication of compliant web-based content including building and mapping content within the CMS, creation and management of schedules and timelines for digital campaigns, and ensuring clear communication across multiple teams and business partners. This individual will support the content team on one or more cross-functional agile teams and work closely with channel managers and multiple business partners within the company, so strong relationship and communication skills are needed. This position reports to the Director, Digital Content Marketing.
Responsibilities :
- Provide logistics support for D2C, Tour, Retail, and other channels, coordinating the full process of inbound and outbound shipments, including parcel and freight, to ensure timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics operations and enhance artist management satisfaction, ensuring efficient delivery processes.
- Work with the operations management team to confirm tracking, packing lists, and proof of delivery (POD) for all shipments, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Partner with the Logistics Manager to ensure timely deliveries to and from fulfillment centers, managing shipment scheduling and tracking updates via platforms like Monday.com.
- Oversee vendor compliance, manage compliance onboarding and training, and foster strong vendor relationships while exploring cost-saving opportunities like bulk discounts.
- Prepare and manage commercial invoices, international documentation, logistics reports, and KPIs to monitor and improve operational efficiency.
