Location : Downey CA - 100% Remote (need to come onsite if required)
Duration : 12 Months Contract
Rate : $70-$80 / hr, DOE
Responsibilities :
- Strong experience with Routing & Switching, Data Center Fabric / Cisco ACI Management.
- Hands-on experience in Hybrid Cloud networking with on-prem, AWS, Azure, and GCP, including Megaport and BGP network design & implementation.
- Proven expertise in migrating from Cisco to Palo Alto firewalls.
- Solid understanding of network security practices and policies.
- Strong BGP Protocols and understanding of designing failover architecture.
Minimum Qualifications :
We will require that the candidate is local within Los Angeles County as the need to come into the office will be needed during network changes. We will issue a County Laptop for the nature of the work and the candidate must return the device after their contract is completed. The candidate must be willing to work overtime and will need to participate in an on-call rotation.
