Russell Tobin and Associates is seeking a Presentation Designer for one of our top transportation clients!
Location : San Francisco, CA
Pay : $65-75 / hour DOE
Schedule : 8am - 5 : 00pm, Monday - Friday
Contract Duration : March - May 2025
Responsibilities
- Create presentations in various formats, varying from standard slide by slide walkthroughs to compelling stories such as our bi-weekly CEO-led all-hands meeting, board-of-directors meetings, events as well as key investor presentations
- Take content outlines and visualize slides based on content, presentation goals and brand standards
- Collaborate with senior management to build on-brand new business materials, including Google slides / Apple Keynote / Microsoft PowerPoint templates and breaker slides, concept mock-ups, coverage mock-ups, charts and infographics, print materials, reports, white papers, etc.
- Work cross-functionally with non-Designers, who may only have a vague understanding of their need, to co-create a plan for executing quality presentations
- Provide thought-leadership on the latest presentation trends and capabilities, including AI software and implementation
- Ensure design output adheres to all best practices and style guidelines, and always work towards 100% accuracy
