Summary :
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for optimizing and managing global procurement operations within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) team. This role involves handling procurement tasks, supplier onboarding, expense audits, and supporting process automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, legal, and finance teams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities :
Operational Procurement (90%)
- Ticket Management : Triage and resolve procurement requests, issues, and escalations while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring SLA compliance.
- Purchasing : Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including low-dollar deals, NDAs, RFPs, TPRAs, contract negotiations, and PR-PO processes.
- Supplier Onboarding : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new suppliers while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- P-Card Payments & Expense Audits : Review and reconcile P-card requests, conduct expense audits, and manage credit card maintenance to ensure financial accuracy.
- Employee Onboarding / Exits : Support procurement, travel, and expense processes during employee transitions, ensuring adherence to company policies.
