Job Description :
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Team Coordinator to join our External Partnerships team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate workflows, and support team members to ensure smooth operations. As a Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing team activities, tracking project progress, and ensuring smooth collaboration across the team.
Key Responsibilities
Team Support & Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate team meetings.
- Ensure that team meetings, decisions, and tasks are documented and easily accessible for future reference.
Task & Project Management
Resource & Materials Management
Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution
Continuous Improvement
Qualifications
4 years of experience in a team coordination or administrative role.
Experience in project management or coordination (preferred).
Prior experience in a supervisory role is a plus.
Skills :
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Productivity Suite (Mail, Pages, Numbers, Keynote) or equivalent productivity tools.
Experience with project management software is an advantage.
