Instructional Designer (Retail Industry) – Remote | 8-Month Contract
Pay Rate : $38-45 / Hour (W2, depending on experience)
Location : Fully Remote

Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support a globally recognized specialty retailer in developing innovative training solutions for frontline employees. This role is ideal for a skilled learning professional with strong Articulate Storyline experience, video editing expertise, and live virtual facilitation skills . Candidates must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment , with retail experience being a significant advantage .
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop engaging training programs, including eLearning modules, instructor-led sessions, and self-study materials .
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and build effective instructional solutions.
- Utilize Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and SCORM-compliant tools to create dynamic and interactive content.
- Edit and produce training videos to enhance the learner experience.
- Facilitate live virtual training sessions with confidence and professionalism.
- Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines while ensuring high-quality content delivery.
- Research and implement innovative learning methodologies focused on adult learners.
