Job Title : UX Researcher
Location : Mountain View, CA (Hybrid)
Duration : 9 Month with Possible extension
Pay Range : $60-$65 / h on DOE
Duties and Required Skills :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Psychology or an equivalent field in the behavioral sciences, Master’s degree preferred.
- Can conduct quantitative analysis in R, SPSS or Python
- At least five years of industry experience as a hands-on researcher, working across multiple platforms
- Expertise in a broad range of methodologies including quantitative research, A / B testing, ethnographic research, interviews, usability testing, and putting together long-term research plans
- Superior creativity and passion for what you do
- Organized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage complex projects in a timely manner
- Strong leadership qualities that enable you to lead cross-functional teams and third-party partners when needed
- Able to analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information and present the results to the stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio that includes examples of leading strategic research with significant business outcomes
