Job Title : Software Database Engineer
Location : Redmond, WA 98052
3 months Contract (Potential to extend for a year)
Pay : $70 / $80 / Hr on W2 (depends upon experience)

Typical Day in the Role
Purpose of the Team : The purpose of this team is a dev team that helps bridge the gaps between current tech that exists within the org. The team is building a lot of prototypes. Front and Back-end work.Key projects :
Designs architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfacesCommon query and function review, analysis and creationData validation and hygiene - investigations into ongoing data misunderstanding corresponding data engineering solutionsMaintenance, integrity, and availability of common views and Kusto functionsEnsures these systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for agency IT architectures, and profiles of standards as they apply to the implementation and specific to the solution for the platform, integration with other systems, and the external interfacesEnsures that the common operating environment is compliant. Evaluates analytically and systematically problems of work flows, organization and planning and develops appropriate corrective actionProvides daily supervision and direction to staffThe role will consist of 10% meetings & 90% heads down.

Years of Experience Required : 8-10 overall years of experience in the field.Degrees or certifications required : Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field is required to be eligible for this role.
