- Assesses a well-defined problem and leads to the development of a technical solution that meets the needs of the business and aligns with architectural standards.
- Manages small- to moderate-sized solutions, or plays a key role on larger teams, working within the parameters of two to three sprints.
- Provides direction to team members and / or vendors.
- Advises product owners on discrete technology-related business problems; formulates options, including assessing their relative merits and risks; and works with product owners to determine the best solution.Preference :
- Platform engineers typically talk about pipeline build, access control, data integration, networking (VPC, NAT Gateway), observability (Splunk, Signal FX, New Relic), terraform or IAC (Infrastructure as Code), ML flow etc
- Recent Databricks experience would be highly preferred.
- Preference to people who bring DataBricks, platform, and AIML experience".
- Candidates need experience using Python AND Golang.
- Knowledgeable on AIML / machine learning concepts (ML Serving / ML Training, GenAI, RAG, Vector Databases, A / B Testing, Model Experimentation)
- Experience with Big Data technologies (e.g. Spark, Kubernetes, Sagemaker)
- Experience with Databricks ecosystemRequired :
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals
- 2 years professional software development experience
- Programming - Python AND Golang
- Infrastructure as Code / Dev Ops practices and technologies like Terraform
- AWS Cloud services experience
