The Information Technology team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a top social media organization that has an opening for a remote Technical Writer.
100% Remote
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm PST
Pay Rate Range : $8000 - $9000 / month W2, based on experience
Duration : 2 months contract
Top 3 Hard Skills Required Years of Experience
1. Minimum 5 years experience with Powerpoint.
2. Minimum 5 years experience with Excel.
3. Minimum 5 years experience with Microsoft Word.
Summary :
The main function of a Technical Writer is to write technical materials, such end user and support documentation.
Job Responsibilities :
- Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology
- Maintain records and files of work and revisions
- Confer with client to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed for publication
