Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm (includes a 45-minute break)
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 0 Hours

Position Details:

• Critical Need: Nursing Critical
• Rate: $25.00 Local
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, Every Weekend (Required)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide basic patient care and assist with daily living activities under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Perform surveillance of telemetry and assist with EKGs, including glucose testing by fingerstick.
• Handle EKG/Arrhythmia readings and be involved in patient care as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Emergency Department (ED) Technician.
• Phlebotomy experience required.
• EKG/Arrhythmia certification preferred.
• Medical technician certificate preferred.
• Nursing Attendant certification preferred.
• 1 year of experience as an EKG Technician, Nursing Attendant, or equivalent.
