Job Overview
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Client Partner to join our team at CapeStart to promote MadeAi-LR. The Client Partner Life Sciences plays a critical role in creating, building, and growing client relationships for our life sciences solutions and services. As the Client Partner Life Sciences, you will collaborate with various stakeholders and drive business growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and pursuing prospective new business.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Develop effective relationships with key senior-level decision-makers and influencers with prospective and existing customers
- Ensures complete understanding of customer's contract, engagement, and project requirements and works as a subject matter expert.
- Conducts regular status and strategy meetings with the customers to understand their needs and link them to CapeStart's services and AI Solutions.
- Works with the project management team from initiation through to completion, ensuring they meet the business requirements, quality, costs, and timeframes
- Act as the escalation point and relationship manager through implementation and / or service engagements
- Voice of the Customer' to Product Management, Marketing and Leadership
- Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account.
- Facilitates client meetings, presenting all available information and status updates.
- Responds to escalated customer issues.
- Works under limited supervision to manage projects
- Works with the inside sales team for effective lead generation
