The Account Executive is the growth engine behind RTC’s success as an organization. As a consultative sales professional, the Account Executive is responsible for growing revenue within our commercial segment. We are looking for the right person to help us grow in the Evansville, Indiana region.
The
Account Executive is expected to develop credibility in understanding customers and prospects requirements through a deep understanding of their business drivers, objectives and challenges, and to propose solutions to those requirements comprised of RTC’s portfolio of technology solutions.
A dynamic Account Executive will:
- Have thorough knowledge of business phone systems.
- Knowledge of the networking components to support phone systems. Knowledge of physical security products (cameras/access control) will also be helpful.
- Educate, promote, and sell company products, services, and current promotions to new and your existing customers.
- Develop and qualify leads to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling, partner-selling, lead-generation campaigns, and modern social selling techniques.
- Partner with customer care team to ensure outstanding customer service and responsiveness.
- Gain new business and incremental revenue to meet sales targets.
- Build
relationships with key decision makers.
- Track
and report all progress in the CRM (SalesForce).
- Performs all other related duties as assigned by management. *

A college degree is preferred in this position. Those with prior sales experience in related fields or the telecommunications industry with a documented history of success are encouraged to apply!
